Simple, Modern Return Policy

At Sophia Rivera, we're committed to ensuring you're satisfied with your purchase. If you have any questions, our return policy can help you resolve them easily.

Return/Refund Eligibility

Most unused, non-defective items can be returned for a full refund within 90 days of purchase.

Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Limited edition items, personalized or custom engraved items, and items purchased in Canada are not eligible for returns.

If you choose to pay the $1.98 processing fee at checkout to unlock free returns, your return label fee will be waived.

If you don't select this option, an $11 processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

Generate a return label, print it, and securely affix it to your package. Alternatively, you can present the QR code to the carrier.

Drop your package at the designated carrier location and we'll take care of the rest!

Additional Notes

We do not accept exchanges.

Refunds will be processed once returned merchandise is received and inspected by our warehouse.

For large orders or frequent returns, a restocking fee may be charged at our discretion.

Items marked "Final Sale" or any personalized items are not returnable.
